By registering as a seller and listing products on Kiismart Mall, you agree to comply with these Terms, along with all related policies, including the Seller Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Seller Registration & Account

To become a seller on Kiismart Mall, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain up-to-date account details
• Be legally eligible to conduct business

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

2. Seller Obligations

As a seller, you agree to:

• List only legal, authentic, and approved products
• Provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
• Maintain sufficient inventory for listed products
• Fulfill orders promptly and professionally
• Deliver high standards of customer service

Failure to meet these obligations may result in penalties or account suspension.

3. Product Listings

All product listings must:

• Be truthful, clear, and not misleading
• Include complete product details and specifications
• Comply with intellectual property and copyright laws

Kiismart Mall reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these standards.

4. Pricing & Fees

• Sellers are responsible for setting product prices
• All applicable fees, commissions, or service charges will be communicated by Kiismart Mall
• Sellers must not engage in deceptive pricing practices

Kiismart Mall reserves the right to update its fee structure with prior notice.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

• Sellers must process and ship orders within the stated handling time
• Accurate tracking information must be provided
• Sellers must ensure proper packaging and delivery

Failure to fulfill orders on time may affect seller ratings and account status.

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Sellers must comply with Kiismart Mall’s Return & Refund Policy
• Sellers are responsible for handling customer complaints and disputes professionally
• Kiismart Mall may intervene and make final decisions in disputes if necessary

7. Prohibited Activities

Sellers must not:

• Sell counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or fake orders
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or sales data
• Misuse customer information

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

8. Payments & Payouts

• Sellers will receive payments for completed orders after applicable deductions (fees, refunds, etc.)
• Payment schedules and methods will be communicated via the Seller Dashboard
• Kiismart Mall reserves the right to hold payments in cases of disputes or suspected fraud

9. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant Kiismart Mall a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote their listings for marketing and operational purposes.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Kiismart Mall may suspend or terminate a seller account if:

• There are repeated policy violations
• Fraudulent or illegal activities are detected
• Poor performance or excessive complaints occur

Sellers may also choose to close their accounts, provided all obligations are fulfilled.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kiismart Mall acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• Product defects or quality issues
• Seller actions or omissions
• Losses arising from third-party transactions

12. Indemnification

Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Kiismart Mall harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Product listings
• Legal violations
• Customer disputes

13. Modifications to Terms

Kiismart Mall reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
