Full Payment is Required at the time of pre-order to reserve your item.
Prices are confirmed at the time of checkout and will not change after payment.
In the event of price drops or promotions after your pre-order, no refunds or adjustments will be made.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the item is shipped for a full refund.
Once the product has been shipped, it will be subject to our standard Return Policy.
If a product becomes unavailable due to supplier issues or production cancellation, we will issue a full refund automatically.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
Standard or expedited shipping options may apply depending on your location.
Shipping fees, if any, will be calculated and shown at checkout.
6. Product Availability & Substitution
In rare cases, pre-ordered items may become unavailable.
Kiismart Mall reserves the right to cancel any pre-order and refund the full amount paid if the product cannot be delivered.
