Sellers must comply with Kiismart Mall’s return and refund policy.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Selling prohibited or counterfeit items
Repeated customer complaints or poor ratings
Non-compliance with shipping and return policies
Fraudulent activity or intellectual property infringement
