1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
Digital products or downloadable content
Customized or made-to-order items
Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Go to the Orders section in your Kiismart account.
Select the item you wish to return and click "Request Return."
Provide the reason for the return and attach any necessary photos.
Wait for approval and return instructions from our support team or the seller.
4. Return Shipping
In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt until your return is confirmed.
5. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a seller or delivery error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
7. Exchanges
At this time, Kiismart Mall does not support direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
